FAQ
Do you waterproof tin or GI sheet roofs?
No. We waterproof concrete — RCC terrace slabs, bathrooms, basements, and podiums. Tin, GI, CGI, and asbestos sheet roofs are a different trade. If your leak is on a pucca concrete terrace or through a bathroom slab, we can help.
What is retrofitting — and do I need it?
Retrofitting means making the columns and beams you already have stronger so they survive the next tremor. Guwahati is Zone V. Call us if a crack runs through a column, comes back after paint, or appeared after a tremor — not for a hairline crack in plaster between rooms.
Why test a building before buying or repairing?
Paint hides hollow or weak concrete. A building strength test is an X-ray for columns without breaking them open (NDT). Get it before you sign a resale deal, and before you spend on strengthening — so the repair matches the actual weakness. It is not a substitute for repair.
How much does waterproofing cost?
